Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. During sale periods, public holidays, or product launches, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Express shipping options may be available at checkout for selected metro areas. Free shipping is available on orders over $99.
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Returns Policy
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Opened, used, or partially used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return before sending the item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number.
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate at no additional cost to you.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We will do our best to assist, however we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.
